Online Payments and Parent Portal – Arbor

At Carr Infant School, we use the Arbor online payment system to make it convenient and secure for parents to book and pay for:

• After-School Care and Breakfast Club
• School Dinners
• Trips and Other Payments

Arbor also allows parents to:

• Update contact details
• Give consent
• View attendance certificates
• Book parent consultations

Activating Your Arbor Account

Setting up your account is quick and easy.

1. Ensure the school has your correct email address on record. If unsure, check with the school office.
2. Download the Arbor app from your app store or visit the Arbor website: login.arbor.sc.
3. Click ‘Forgotten Password?’ and follow the instructions to create your account.

How to Use Arbor

We recommend that families download the Arbor App on the Play Store or the App Store

The only payment method for trips, Breakfast Club, and After School Care is via the Arbor app or website. You can make payments securely with a debit or credit card anytime, 24/7. If you don’t have access to a computer or the internet at home, you can use Arbor in the school office if needed.
