Anti-Bullying Statement
At Carr Infant School, we believe that bullying is an anti-social behaviour that affects everyone. We are committed to providing a caring, friendly, and safe environment for all members of our school community so that they can learn and work in a relaxed and secure environment without fear of being bullied.
We actively promote a culture of kind hands, kind feet, and kind words to reduce incidents and minimise the likelihood of bullying occurring. This approach enables our pupils and staff to thrive and reach their full potential. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. If bullying does occur, all pupils and staff should feel confident to report it, knowing that all incidents will be taken seriously and addressed promptly and effectively.
We are a telling school and we are upstanders. This means that if anyone knows that bullying is happening, they are encouraged to speak to a trusted adult. Our Anti-Bullying Policy can be found on the Policies Page.
